Local AI · no cloud rendering · no footage-analysis uploads

Turn six hours of raw gameplay
into a highlight reel worth posting.

ClipLab Pro runs local, user-selected AI models to rank moments in your capture and hand you a cut timeline you can ship — or tweak — in minutes. Core processing stays on your machine.

Seven stages. One orchestrator. No hand-holding.

Each stage produces an artifact the next one consumes. You can stop after any stage, inspect its output, tweak, and resume — the pipeline is transparent by design, not a black box.

STAGE 01
Collect & Sync
Ingests clips, normalizes fps and codecs, builds the project index.

Multiple signals work together on every clip.

A single signal misses context. ClipLab combines scene changes, audio energy, speech/reactions, motion, vision cues, and other pipeline signals, then weighs them against your Director Notes to decide what ships.

Teach the AI your edit style in plain English.

A short brief per project is enough. The orchestrator reads your notes before every run and nudges pacing, cut length, and clip selection accordingly — no templates, no presets.

Favor boss fights over building sequences.
Keep intense moments longer — don't cut mid-fight.
Fewer memes during narration.
Hold the kill confirm for at least 1.2s.
Skip chat spam, scoreboard stares, AFK gaps.
Tone: cinematic, not chaotic.
Read by the orchestrator every run applied
01

Project-scoped, not global

Separate notes per project. Ranked grind, boss-fight supercut, podcast — each gets its own voice.

02

Output length & pacing

Auto, target %, or keep-all. Pair with Highlight Intensity to dial aggression from Conservative to Aggressive.

03

Meme FX intensity

Cinematic · Creator · Viral. From 5 overlays max to 20 — you pick the energy for the channel.

04

Auditable

Every kept & dropped clip cites which notes and signals decided. Disagree? Toggle, re-run.

Your footage stays on your PC unless you upload it.

ClipLab Pro has no cloud rendering pipeline. Footage, transcripts, and AI inference stay on your PC; network calls are limited to licensing, updates, downloads, support reports you send, and YouTube actions you start.

No accounts, no usage analytics

No signup to edit, no ad trackers, no "anonymous usage" pings. License checks only validate access and activation slots.

Verified CDN downloads

Runtime packages, models, and plugins may download from our CDN and are checked against manifest hashes before use.

Runs locally after setup

Editing and rendering keep working from local files once required assets are installed. Update checks and uploads wait for the network.

Your files, your folders

Captures, renders, models — all under paths you pick. Uninstall removes the binary; your projects stay.

Real numbers for a real workstation.

Local AI video work needs VRAM. CPU fallback exists but is slow — be honest with yourself about what you have before you test.

The honest answers.

Does my footage get uploaded?
No. Editing, transcription, scoring, and rendering stay on your device. The app may contact our services for license validation, update checks, CDN asset downloads, optional reports you submit, and YouTube OAuth/upload flows you start.
What's the minimum hardware?
Windows 10/11, 8 GB RAM, any GPU (CPU fallback is slow — ~8× realtime). Recommended: RTX 4070+ with 12 GB VRAM and 32 GB RAM for near-realtime rendering.
Does it work for any game?
Yes. Drop in captures from OBS, ShadowPlay, Relive, Xbox Game Bar, Medal, or any MP4/MKV. Shooters, MOBAs, BRs, RPGs, sandbox — the pipeline is game-agnostic.
When does licensing open? How do I get my key?
Approved alpha testers receive free Founder Alpha keys manually. Join the waitlist and we'll email as spots open. Activation is simple: open the app → Settings → License, paste the key, click Activate. One key covers up to 3 personal machines.
Is ClipLab Pro free right now?
Yes for private alpha testers. We may introduce paid launch pricing later, but current alpha access is free and manually issued.
Do PayPal tips buy access?
No. Tips are optional support only. They do not purchase a license, unlock access, or change activation limits.
Will it always be Windows-only?
For 1.0, yes. Linux and macOS builds are tracked — Linux sooner (same runtime stack), macOS later (model quantization work for Apple Silicon).
